Actress Uche Jombo Opens Up On The Source Of Her Family's Wealth

She made the revelation while reacting to the recent criticism of Igbos following the lavish spendings at the funeral of Obi Cubana over the weekend.

Nigerian actress and producer, Uche Jumbo has disclosed that her family became rich by importing stockfish from Norway to Abia State.

She made the statement while reacting to the recent criticism of the Igbos following the lavish spendings at the funeral of Obi Cubana over the weekend, where his friends rained bundles of money.


In a post shared on the microblogging platform, Uche Jumbo averred that not every Igbo millionaire or billionaire is their source wealth questionable or generates suspicion.

Using her family as a case study, the actress said her family was made by importing stockfish to Aba in Abia State.

She Wrote:

"Selling stockfish imported from Norway made my family in Aba, Abia State. Not every Igbo millionaire or billionaire money has K-leg….

Some people are generational hard-working men, regular hard-working men, I’m not understanding what I’m reading on this TL based on…."
