Breaking News: The Presidency Is Behind The Postponement Of Elections - PDP Blows Hot

The Peoples Democratic Party has claimed that the presidency is behind the postponement of the general elections.

According to a Punch Metro report, the national leadership of the Peoples Democratic Party has alleged that the plan to postpone today’s Presidential and National Assembly elections by the Independent National Electoral Commission was hatched inside the Presidency.
 
It alleged that the idea actually came from the Presidency, but warned that President Muhammadu Buhari’s defeat was merely a few days away.
 
The main opposition party also said that the Presidency was allegedly still planning to put some unnamed impediments on the way of the Independent National Electoral Commission in order to make sure that the election would not hold in a single day.
 
National Publicity Secretary of the party, Mr Kola Ologbondiyan, stated these at an ongoing press briefing while reacting to the postponement of the election by the electoral body.
