2019 Election: I'll Work For Buhari's Victory In Niger Delta - Dokubo

Prof. Charles Dokubo has solicited the support of Phase One leaders of Niger Delta ex-agitators to ensure Buhari’s re-election in the 2019 general elections. 

 
 
Speaking while addressing leaders of various camps under Phase One of the Presidential Amnesty Programme at the Sheraton Hotel and Towers in Abuja, the special Adviser to the President on Niger Delta affairs, Prof. Charles Dokubo, promised to work for President Muhammadu Buhari’s victory in the Niger Delta, in 2019.
 
Dokubo, who is also the Coordinator, Amnesty Programme, said; “Mr. President wants to win in our region and the entire country. I need your support in this regard.
 
"It was the All Progressive Congress that gave me this position and whatever I can do to support the party and make it win, I will do”, he remarked.
 
Dokubo solicited their support to ensure Buhari’s re-election in the forthcoming election.
 
While reacting to Dokubo’s appeal, ‘General’ Pastor Reuben, chairman of the forum of Phase One leaders of Niger Delta ex-agitators, said members of his forum were ready to work with him, for enhanced development in the region.
 
“As far as Amnesty is concerned, we will work with Prof. Dokubo; as we are working with him directly. When it comes to the 2019 elections, it’s God that gives power. When it gets to that point, God will decide that and the people.”
