Tragedy Hits APC as Influential Lawmaker Passes Away

The Lagos State House of Assembly and the All Progressives Congress have been thrown in a State of mourning following the demise of a serving lawmaker. 

 
The late Kazeem Ademola Alimi
 
Kazeem Ademola Alimi has reportedly died according to the news making rounds online. The details surrounding his death are currently unknown as the reports are still developing.
 
The deceased was born on July 3, 1967. He was a member of Lagos House of Assembly, representing Eti-Osa I Constituency of Lagos State for a term of years running from August 8, 2015 to July 6, 2019 (THE 8TH LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY).
 
He started his education at Moba Community Primary School, Moba Eti-Osa, attended Government College, Maroko, Eti-Osa, and obtained Bachelors Degree (B.Sc) in Economics from Lagos State University (LASU).
 
Kazeem Ademola Alimi had over the years, worked with the following institutions: Lagos State House of Assembly, 1992-2001; Lagos Internal Revenue Service Head, CPO 2001-2010; Lagos State of Assembly 2011-2015; Member, Lagos State House of Assembly from 2015. AWARDS AND HONOURS: Award of Excellence by Council of Imams & Alfas, Eti-Osa; District Adviser Award by Lagos State Central Sand & Granite Suppliers Association, Eti-Osa District; Merit Award by National Council of Muslim Youth Organizations (NACOMYO) Eti-Osa Zone.
