Man Suspected to be a Yahoo Boy aka 'Aboy Life of Jingah', Allegedly Shot Dead by SARS in Lagos (Photos)

Protest erupts in the Ikotun area of Lagos, after one 'Aboy Life of Jingah' was allegedly shot dead by SARS operatives, at Oyins Holiday Inn, for refusing a phone search.

The deceased

A young man simply identified as 'Aboy Life of Ginjah' has been allegedly been shot dead by operatives of the Special Anti-robbery Squad (SARS) in Lagos on suspicion of being a 'Yahoo Boy'.

According to multiple online reports, Aboy was reportedly gunned down at Oyins Holiday Inn, a hotel in the Ikotun area of Lagos for 'trying to run away' after a policeman asked him to unlock his phone for inspection.

His death has sparked an outrage among friends who are now demanding justice.
