One
Nkem Beluchi, a netizen based in the South-eastern part of Nigeria is
alleging that some school pupils were 'arrested' by the police for
failing to do their home-work.

An unconfirmed report making rounds on social media reveal some
pupils of the Early Dew Montessori at 16 Imoke Street GRA, Enugu were
allegedly arrested by the police for failing to do their assignments.
The ages of the pupils in question ranged from 4 to 7. According to
reports, the erring kids were loaded into a waiting Hilux van as some
armed policemen monitored the situation.
The name of the Head Ministress/Proprietess has been given as Mrs Ify Okonkwo.
On a lighter note, it's possible the kids who are too young to be
answerable to the state's laws might have been going for an excursion
with police escorts put on stand-by for their protection due to the
spate of banditry and kidnapping in Nigeria in recent times.
