An
unknown ritualists have left a community in Imo state in serious
commotion after the body of a girl was discovered beheaded with private
parts missing.

It is fear in Amanwaozuzu community and its environs in the Ikeduru
Local Government Area of Imo State, as suspected ritualists allegedly
beheaded a young girl, and took away her private parts for rituals.
According to Punch, the girl who is yet to be identified is in her
early twenties. Her body was found on the road without private parts
along Okpala Iho – Atta road in the area. Eyewitnesses said the incident
happened on Saturday but no one knows the people who executed the
murder.
“Nobody could narrate what transpired. The people just woke up
on Saturday morning and saw a beheaded body without private parts lying
on the Amanwaozuzu – Ogwa road. On reaching there, it was discovered
that it was a young girl,” one of the sources said.
According to them, nobody could identify the victim because her
head had been chop off by the fleeing ritualists. The body of the girl
was later evacuated by security agents.
