A House of Representatives member has caused controversy by ordering the arrest of two men for criticizing him on Facebook.
The two men were allegedly charged to court
 
Two persons who were allegedly arrested on the orders of a House of Representatives member, Hon. Ali Madaki representing Dala Constituency in Kano State for criticizing the lawmaker on Facebook have regained their freedom.
 
 
The two men identified as Kamalu Salisu Jibril and Adamu Salisu Yalwa from Dala Local Government were arrested and charged to court. 
 
According to latest information obtained, the men have now been released by the court. Abubakar Aminu Ibrahim who updated his status with photo of one of the arrested men wrote: "Free............"
