Photos: Drama as Father Catches Man Having S*x With His 11-year-old Daughter

A man got the shock of his life after he got back home from work only to meet another man in bed with his very young daughter.

The father who had been out of the house returned home and caught a man, identified as Anthony Mitchell, in bed with his pre-teen daughter.
 
According to ABC 15, court records show that on June 13, the Phoenix father returned to his home from work near 36th Street and Thomas Road where he found 27-year-old Mitchell n*ked in bed with his partially clothed 11-year-old daughter.
 
Police report that the man restrained Mitchell until officers arrived.
 
The daughter reportedly told police that they had met on the internet and communicated by phone.
 
She reported to police that she initially told Mitchell that she was 26 years old and that she invited Mitchell to her home.
 
Police say that Mitchell initially told them that he knew the girl was not 26, but thought that she was 16. He later changed his statement, saying that he believed that the girl was 18.
 
Mitchell has been charged with a charge of s*xual conduct with a minor.
