President Muhammadu Buhari who is being thought to be nearing total recovery, might be suffering from yet another ailment, if latest update on his health status is anything to go by.

According to a news flash report posted on social media by SaharaReporters, it seems that all is not well with President Muhammadu Buhari who has been away in London for medical treatment.
The exclusive disclosure revealed that Buhari is currently suffering for speech impairment due to medical treatment in London, and that his health has deteriorated so much that he has not spoken with anyone in a while now.
